As many of you know, YC was started in 2006 by Paul Graham, Trevor Blackwell, Jessica Livingston, and Robert Morris. It's the world's best accelerator and source of great startups, content, and overall innovation related to starting a startup. At some point I thought to myself,

Everyone knows that startup founders are the visionaries that find a big problem, locate a large enough group of people who would pay for it, and then get it to them as fast as possible. Whilst doing that; they attract many talented people to help them do it at scale.
